START WITH A PHONE CALL – 30 mins – No fee
We will discuss your requirements and site specific constraints.
Providing information upfront is really helpful. If possible, drop me an email with any plans, photographs, or even just the address in advance – this can greatly aid the conversation.
I will offer insights into potential timescales, my scheduling considerations, and the overall duration before your envisioned project could come to fruition.
This is a no-fee consultation designed to ensure that we are well suited to work together.
PRELIMINARY SITE VISIT
1-3 hrs -- £100-300
Building on our initial conversation, during this visit, I'll gather more information, assess the space, and potentially offer initial solutions.
Following on from this visit, there are several possible outcomes:
1. We may have devised solutions to address your needs, requiring little further input from me beyond written confirmation of our discussions.
2. Your plans may need some ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK, such as sketch plans or a detailed written report on elements considered, there are additional fees to be considered, which can be discussed.
3. Or you decide to pursue a TAILORED FULL SCHEME where I will then provide a quote/fee schedule for a comprehensive design package based on the specific work discussed.
FOLLOW UP
5-10 hrs -- £350-700
After the confirmation visit, should you need further support, Additional back up is available.
This may involve:
A quick sketch of the design discussed.
Scaled plans.
3d Imagery.
An in-depth room plan report.
Sourcing links.
Written reports.
Simple Pre App Submissions
